Stand upright with good posture. Hold on to a wall, rail or stable surface for support. Lift one leg off the floor as you shift your weight onto the stationary leg. Point your toes to the side to touch the space to the side of you, and then back to the start position. This exercise improves strength and co-ordination in the legs.
